c)       Your correspondence or business dealings with, participation in promotions of, or purchase of goods and/or services from our partners, Advertisers or sponsors found on or through the Services, and any terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such partner(s), Advertiser(s) or sponsor(s).    1.      Submission and Administration of Listings

a.       Any customer agrees not to submit any property descriptions, photographs, financial, contact or other information contained in each Property's data to E-worldproperties.com unless the customer has acquired received all necessary rights and authorizations from the owner of such property or the power of-attorney holder, including from the photographer and/or copyright owner of any photographs, to publish and Advertise of the said Property(s) on the Customer's website or on E-worldproperties.com.

b.       The customer shall disclose all material information in respect of all such property(s) submitted including the present status and nature of such property and shall also disclose whether the property is free from all encumbrances or not. The customer in addition shall furnish a brief background of such property in respect of title, ownership and possession, ELITE WORLD ENTERPRISES  may also require the customer to support his/her claims with respect to the status of the property with such documents as may be specified by it from time to time. The Customer may further be required to substantiate his claims as to the nature and status of the property by swearing an affidavit stating the authenticity of the information/data so provided/displayed.

c.        ELITE WORLD ENTERPRISES shall have the sole authority to choose the manner in which any Property will be searched, displayed, accessed, downloaded, copied, and otherwise used on E-worldproperties.com and ELITE WORLD ENTERPRISES shall have the right to modify the property listing in the exercise of its rights under this Agreement. In addition to the terms afore mentioned the customer agrees to represent and warrant that all Properties and associated information provided by the Customer will be accurate; that the Customer will not permit the posting of a property on E-worldproperties.com under a name other than the name of a real estate agent who has been duly authorized and engaged by the owner of the property in this regard. 

   2.      Online Security

a.       At e-worldproperties.com we take your online security very seriously. As such, we have prepared the following guidelines and information to help you enjoy trouble free browsing when visiting our websites or interacting with our email messages.

b.       E-worldproperties.com will never ask you to provide personal information like your bank details, credit card details, your address, driving license or passport numbers via email.            

c.        ELITE WORLD ENTERPRISES does not store or keep credit card data in a location that is accessible via the Internet. Once a credit card transaction has been completed, all credit card data is moved off-line only to ensure that the data/credit card information received is not accessible to anyone after completion of the on-line transaction and to ensure the maximum security. ELITE WORLD ENTERPRISES  uses the maximum care as is possible to ensure that all or any data / information in respect of electronic transfer of money does not fall in the wrong hands.

d.       ELITE WORLD ENTERPRISES shall not be liable for any loss or damage sustained by reason of any disclosure (inadvertent or otherwise) of any information concerning the user's account and / or information relating to or regarding online transactions using credit cards / debit cards and / or their verification process and particulars nor for any error, omission or inaccuracy with respect to any information so disclosed and used whether or not in pursuance of a legal process or otherwise.

   3.      Refund in failed transactions

Though ELITE WORLD ENTERPRISES payment reconciliation team works on a 24 x 7 basis, ELITE WORLD ENTERPRISES offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds reaching the Customers card/bank accounts. This is on account of the multiplicity of organizations involved in processing of online transactions, the problems with Internet infrastructure currently available and working days/holidays of financial institutions. Refunds in the event of wrong/objectionable property content being posted on the site would be at the discretion of E-worldproperties.com.

   4.      Modifications to the Terms

World Enterprises may amend/modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Terms and Conditions on e-worldproperties.com. E-worldproperties.com may change the Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notification to you. Each time you access the web site you will be governed by the Terms and Conditions then in effect.

You acknowledge, consent and agree that E-worldproperties.com may access, preserve, and disclose your account information and Content if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce by the Terms; (c) respond to claims that any Content violates the rights of third-parties; (d) respond to your requests for customer service; or (e) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of E-worldproperties.com, its users and the public.

   7.      Your Responsibilities 

Sellers will be assigned individual listing numbers and passwords. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your listing number and password and you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your listing number and password. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your listing number and password or any other breach of security related to the Services. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to adequately safeguard your listing number and/or password, or to otherwise comply with this section.

In providing us with information during the registration process, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information as prompted and to maintain and update such information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete at all times. If any information you provide is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or if we reasonably believe so, we may suspend or terminate your access to and use of the Services, and refuse to provide any current or future Services to you. You acknowledge that you are over 18 years of age or otherwise are of legal age to form a binding contract.

You continue to be a member of E-WORLDPROPERTIES.COM till E-worldproperties.com discharges its obligations to you by the rendering of its services to you; or the termination of the membership by either E-worldproperties.com or you.

Your Membership is only for personal use. It is not to be assigned, transferred or licensed so as to be used by any other person/entity. Our site does not vouch for or subscribe to the claims and representations made by Advertisers regarding particulars of property and real estate transactions.

You are responsible for the content and information [including profile and photographs] you post or transmit through E-worldproperties.com’s services. You will not post or transmit any content or information [in whatever form they may be contained] that is defamatory, blasphemous, abusive, obscene, sexually oriented, profane, intimidating, illegal or in violation of the rights of any person, including intellectual property rights. No content or information shall contain details or particulars of any of E-worldproperties.com’s competitors, including their contact details. You will not use either your online or offline membership as a platform for any kind of promotional campaign, solicitation, advertising or dealing in any products or services or transmit any chain letters or junk mails.

E-worldproperties.com reserves the right to modify your content if any prohibitive or objectionable content is found, or in the case of your contact details being entered in irrelevant fields. E-worldproperties.com may also modify the profile for other reasons not mentioned herewith.

The membership is deemed to have been entered into at Jodhpur, India and the laws of India will govern the membership. Disputes arising out of or in any way affecting the membership including interpretation of any of the terms are to be referred to arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 at Jodhpur before a sole Arbitrator.
